My Story
Due to figuring out some health issues, I had to make the choice to leave my prior employer. Fortunately, it was the best decision I decided to make, for myself and my family. I was so happy that I wasn't leaving with nothing there to support my decision. I had my Scentsy business; which at the time was a side fun hobby I was doing for my own personal products that I loved so much. Now today, I am so incredibly grateful for this opportunity and journey and where it has lead myself and my family.
Scentsy has always been more to me than just a safe wickless alternative to candles. It's been my love for the simple thing in life and being mindful. Sight and Smell are two of your main senses and are a huge part of your life. By creating a mood and environment in my home, my comfort space and personal oasis; Scentsy has enhanced my life, by examples of making chores a more mindful enjoyable life experience to having company over and picking out a scent to match the occasion and creating experiences. With the opportunity to share a product that I am absolutely in LOVE with, I've been fortunate enough to make a Career out of my love for Scentsy.
I am now able to have a flexible work schedule where I can manage my own time to work and make more time for the things that are important to me like quality family time, hikes with my dogs, horseback rides, traveling, impromptu coffee dates with friends. Most importantly, I've taken this opportunity to provide my family and I with the best work/life balance. Through this opportunity to work from home, it's allowed me to be a fully involved parent, spend time with my husband, take attentive care to our animals, gardening to provide for our family, heating our house by firewood and plowing our driveway. A country woman's dream! A life balance for our family that has been beyond words of a blessing. Not to mention, my love of travelling and seeing the world has become a reality thanks to Scentsy making achievable incredible trips around the world! Who would have thought, my love for a product as originally a customer lead into doing this as a hobby to receive a discount on products would have lead me to where I am! It's been 100p worth the no-risk trial I first signed up for that I am forever grateful for.
This is my journey, and I feel incredibly blessed and thankful for all the love and support. For me, Scentsy has become a career, but if you love the product it is a great opportunity to do as a side hobby, part time job or you can join me in making it into a career. If you love scented fragrance in your home, wash your hands, do laundry, have children in your life (of your own or family/friends); you are already paying for all of these things but instead could be benefiting from the reward!
